Yesterday I have been on tour with the young couple, Sarah & George from Australia. They are staying at the private villa, Amber Moon Villa in Seminyak. I start to pick them up at 9am, and then we directly go to Ubud, because they love me to show them the different sides of Bali. The journey from Seminyak to Ubud took about one and a half hour as the traffic are not too bad in early morning. First place we visited is the Monkey Forest, where they really enjoyed the moments seeing lots of friendly monkeys. We spent around 1 hour there and then continued to a coffee plantation. They sampled nice variety of coffee and tea, and also tried the famous Luwak coffee. Over there, they also had fun playing the jungle big swing! After an hour there, they decided to have a nice lunch, and I brought them to a local restaurant with really good food and reasonable prices.

After lunch we continued the trip further around Ubud where I showed them beautiful views of rice terraces in Tegalalang. They enjoyed the scenery for about 30minutes, did a bit of trekking too! At about 2pm in the afternoon, we walked back down the hill, stopped by a lovely waterfall and to get there we have to climb a tall stairs with about 100 steps. We then continued on to the Batuan temple, spending about 45 minutes to share with them this meaningful part of Balinese culture and tradition.

We drove back to the villa in Seminyark, and while the traffic was little bit busy in the evening and the drive was longer, we had a leisurely time in the car enjoying music and watching the scenery go by
